We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Slycee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Slycee. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To use certain features of Slycee, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your account subscription status (Free, Slycee Pro, or Slycee Elite) determines your access to certain features. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the Apple App Store.
You retain ownership of the text prompts and captions you create on Slycee. However, by posting content, you grant Slycee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.
Comics generated by Slycee's AI are created based on your prompts. You have the right to:
Slycee retains the right to display your public comics on the platform and in promotional materials unless you delete them.
The Slycee platform, including its design, software, features, and branding, is owned by Slycee and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of Slycee.

Feature availability and limits are subject to change at Slycee's discretion.
All subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method on file.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each weekly billing cycle unless you cancel. You will be charged the then-current subscription price. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
Slycee reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Upon cancellation:
To cancel, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device and select Slycee.
You may downgrade from Slycee Elite to Slycee Pro, or from any paid tier to the Free Tier, through your Apple App Store subscription settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided when downgrading.
All subscription purchases are final. Slycee does not offer refunds or credits for:
Exceptions may be made only in cases of technical errors that prevented you from accessing paid features, at Slycee's sole discretion.
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines, you will immediately lose access to all subscription features and will forfeit any remaining time on your paid subscription period. No refunds will be issued in cases of account termination for violations.
Your subscription is subject to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. For billing disputes, subscription management, or payment issues, please contact Apple Support or manage your subscription through your Apple account settings. Slycee does not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.
Subscriptions are available globally where the Apple App Store operates. Prices may vary by region and will be displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Currency conversion and international transaction fees may apply based on your payment method and location.
Slycee reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content or accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may take action including:
Content moderation decisions are final. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.
Users can report content or accounts that violate our policies. We will review reports and take appropriate action. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting user.
Slycee uses third-party services including:
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Slycee is not responsible for third-party service actions or outages.
Slycee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
AI-generated comics may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results. Slycee is not responsible for the content of AI-generated images beyond moderation efforts.
Slycee is not responsible for user-generated content. Views expressed by users do not reflect Slycee's views.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slycee and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slycee from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings. Upon voluntary account deletion:
Slycee may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. If your account is terminated for violations, you will forfeit any remaining subscription period without refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Slycee will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
